Where are my scans stored?

Only on your iPhone, inside PocketScan. They are included in your normal iCloud or computer backup, so restoring a phone from a backup brings them back. Deleting the app deletes your scans, so export anything you want to keep first.

How do I save a PDF to Files?

Open a document, tap the export button, choose Create PDF, then Share or Save PDF and pick Save to Files.

The page edges are wrong

Tap a page, then Crop. Drag the four corners onto the edges of the page, or tap Auto detect to try again.

What does PocketScan Pro include?

Text recognition (copy text from any page), searchable PDFs, and search inside your scans. It costs $2.99 a month or $19.99 a year. Scanning, filters, editing and regular PDFs are free.

I bought Pro on another iPhone

Open PocketScan, tap the crown button, then Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose PocketScan Pro. You can also tap the crown button in PocketScan, then Manage Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews to avoid the next charge.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
